Members jd1983 Posted March 18, 2015 Members Posted March 18, 2015 Hello everyone, This is my first post on the board. I went to Capps Creek this afternoon and had a great time even though I didn't catch anything. Started at the parking lot off of Walleye Rd and walked up into the conservation area. As can be expected, the water is high and slightly murky. I didn't see any fish other than some minnows. After I got done I drove up to the Jolly Mill Park area and this is where I have a couple questions. Is the lot south of the park just east of the bridge open to anyone who wants to park there? Also, is the creek south of the bridge open to fishing? The map makes it look like that portion of the creek is on private property for some reason. Thanks for any help.
