Made the trek to Truman today (3/30). Fishing is picking up for the most part. Fished west side of dam. Caught two keeper walleyes full of eggs so they are starting to stage but not many are being caught by fisherman. Saw maybe 5 including my two being pulled out. Whites are being caught here and there around the area where I was fishing. Saw fishes being caught down ways by the trees but could not tell if they where whites or crappies. Best bet is around 5ish to sundown. Need some water release for the fishing to really pick up.
