Success is so sweet and so is crappie in a Hollandaise Sauce Fished docks with Bobby Garlands, I ran from Prairie Creek up to the Dollar Hole, Long day lots of miles but well worth it. J-Doc Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 The hollandaise sauce was great. Simple. Not too flavorful, just right. A buttery sauce of fresh fish. He did the work. I ate some fish. Win win.
