blacknoseddace Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Got on the water at 8am yesterday near the dam and had a cold wind about 15 mph. Fished a windy point with jerkbaits and caught this nice 20" eye right away. Caught a nice bass too, then it stopped. checked out other points w/o results. Switched to windy banks with pea gravel in coves and caught 5 more bass all on Jerkbait. The biggest bass about 3 lbs with total of 4 keeper bass, released, except for walleye which I kept. Did look for crappie too (waste of time) with no luck. Should has stayed with jerkbait. Left at 4pm for a long day. Now looks like a break on fishing while Mother Nature takes her turn with some nasty weather. Aggressor1988long, Archery101, Thunderchicken and 1 other 4
