shark bait Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Went out Saturday afternoon. Got on the water about 3 and fished till almost dark. I put in at Eagle Rock. Thew a square bill and they just bumped it, switched to a wart- nothing. Put a spinner bait on and started catching. Had about five or six keepers, one being my biggest Table Rock bass to date. She was about 21" or 22" long (my board is only 18") and I estimate about 8 1/2 pounds. I know one thing... It is not easy taking a selfie with short arms and fitting a big fish in! I'll send if I can post a picture. Becky B

Dewayne French Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Man that just bites!! Great for you and I have been there many times. I wish I had an understanding of why and how?? Bumping the Square bill, Nothing on a wart, and kill them on the SB. Go figure If you was in the same area then you know they had seen the other baits. They just were not triggered until the SB came by and then BAAMMM!! I just don't understand this game. Maybe I need to fish more It does seem to me that when I really catch them good it really is not that complexed of a patteren
