M_Taylor Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Thanks for the report. Sounds like there is plenty to keep a person busy, and not working. gtdaero 1
Feathers and Fins Posted April 3, 2015 Author Posted April 3, 2015 The striper bite is a no brainer and no secret anyone who goes over 12 bridge or launches at PC can easily see the fleet that's been out there. Lots of very good fish coming from the area. The crappie takes a little work to find but when you do there is plenty, If they stop biting I just pull away from the area for about 10 minutes then go right back on them and by that I mean just back off 50 to 100 feet have a soda and something to eat just to let them settle down. This front might slow things down a little but you just never know with this lake. But looks like we will get a nice high water year and some Buckbrush is already flooding. hoglaw Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 The cold snap really put the kebash on the white bass. I only caught 4 this afternoon. Saw a guy in richland creek who probably had 50 fishing live minnows. I could hardly get bit 20 yards from him.
JohnF52 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 This cold snap might set things back a few days. River temps have dropped significantly.
jdelow77 Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Anyone know What the temps are on the white below twin bridges ? I have to take my wife to Fayetteville to help her parents and I might slip off out there !
