M_Taylor Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Looking for a decent scale to weigh something up to 50 lbs. i have had experience with a boga grip and liked them but would like something that doesn't cost more than $50. I'm not looking for certifying world records on, just something dependable and fairly accurate. Any suggestions are appreciated, other than saving money and buying a boga grip. i know that one already.

zarraspook Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 I have had one of these since they were only $ 17.95 (not sure but many years) and they have always been with + - 2oz.. Execept when the battery needed changed.... "Look up OPTIMIST in the dictionary - there is a picture of a fishing boat being launched"
J-Doc Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 Scale above is good price. I've used a $20 Rapala digital for several years now. Only replaced batteries twice. If I were to get another, this is what I'd look at. Would make a great scale for anything you'll catch on Beaver and other freshwater lakes. http://www.cabelas.com/product/Rapala-Touch-Screen-Scales/1139887.uts?productVariantId=2805646&srccode=cii_17588969&cpncode=42-38786713-2&WT.tsrc=CSE&WT.mc_id=GoogleProductAds&WT.z_mc_id1=03095825&rid=20 Need marine repair?
