Terrierman Posted April 6, 2015 Posted April 6, 2015 Finley was bank full Friday afternoon. It was dark when I crossed it this morning so I really can't say yet what shape it is in right now. But I'm sure it's cleared up a lot but is still running high. Bluff-Bassin 1
