I almost had a heart attck this morning when I heard where the ticket was sold. I bought my tickets at that Dierbergs on Monday.

it was an older couple who got it..

he has just retired... a Farmer in the Springfield area...

I have also heard the wife has been really sick (Cancer).. causing him to retire...

I see this as someone who really needed it.. got it

I read somewhere that over 1/2 of people who hit it big in the lottery are bankrupt within 5 years. I guess they just can't stop spending.

A farmer in Springfield? That's odd, the winning ticket was sold at a Dierberg's Supermarket in South St. Louis County. I worked at that store many years ago, and my mom still shops there. If she only played Lotto.
