Norwood 4/18

I was looking in the "Other Ozark Lakes" section for BV lake updates and did not see much current.

I fished Norwood on a Saturday 4/18 in a light rain. Beating the bank with a Wiggle Wart, kept six dinks per Darrell Bowman the lake biologist's instruction. Plan to fish BV most weekends with a trip to Beaver and Table Rock here and there. I'll post my results and maybe this section will get some activity. Next weekend I'll get the Ned going and see what I can do.

Fished Brittany last weekend. Went for bass but three rainbow trout had other ideas. All on a Wiggle Wart.

Tried to fish Windsor early Sunday morning but was surprised by the chilly north wind and gave up real quick. I did almost land a nice bass fishing in the cut to the ramp off Harlow on a top water. Guess I need to suck it up, but just got a chill and didn't want to play anymore.

I may give Windsor a shot today, haven't been over there in a few months.

I fished the Ned over at Lake Ann last week, caught 10, 10-14" fish.

Week before that I fished Loch Lomond with the Ned - probably caught 75 or so 6 - 10" bass and another 25 that were 1 -3 lbs. Spawning beds were everywhere except for the steep banks. Lomond needs some thinning of he herd, way too many dink bass in that lake.
