Had a change of heart today and went back to crane. Threw everything I had at them but they were real spooky today. Finally threw a brown jig with Orange head and whammy a huge mcloud on. My fly rod only had 7x today since I was attempting to be a midge drifter so it only took about 6 seconds for the trout to snap off my only jig. This happened at the same hole I lost a big one last time. I am goofing to tie up some flies and try again soon. Fish every where today good quality size.had lots of looks but water is clear and I'm not graceful at six am.
