Skeeter ZX190 Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Got on the water around 11:00 am and fished until 6:30 pm. Started close to the dam and caught some largemouth on main lake points in 8 to 15 feet of water. Water clarity was at least 12 feet. Moved down the lake toward State Park and went back in one of the larger coves. Caught both smallmouth and largemouth in that 5 to 15 foot range on secondary points. Took a break about 2 and went to the State Park marina and ate lunch while a storm blew through. Went back out and targeted points and continued to catch bass. Also caught a 15 inch walleye, a white bass and a drum. Everything came on the Ned rig in either green pumpkin or peanut butter & jelly. Water temps were 73. Sac River Jim and blacknoseddace 2
Aggressor1988long Posted May 29, 2015 Posted May 29, 2015 Good job, put on a war eagle slow rolled next trip. Abc 1
Skeeter ZX190 Posted May 29, 2015 Author Posted May 29, 2015 I went saying I was going to try a variety of lures and techniques. I threw a jig & craw for a little bit but had such good luck on the Ned that I couldn't put it down.
