5-20 B9 & 5-22 Hawker Report

Launched at Mutton Creek at 5 PM on Saturday 6-20. TOW was 78 with lots of play boats all around. Trolled inside the cove all the way to Chicken Rock. Trolled in to Birch Branch. Only caught one keeper crappie and one dink white. Was a tough evening with the water stirred up as well as the party pontoons with loud radios going. Loaded up and left by 8:30.

Launched at Hawker this morning 6-22 at 6:30 got off the lake at 3:00 PM. Trolled to the bridge then back into the cove. Ran several different rigs to include 7 & 9 flickershad, 4 inch walleye runners, live targer bait ball, and slow death rig. Caught 8 keeper crappie, two dink walleye, one dink LM bass, and a dink small mouth. Didn't really find a pattern. Seemed like random hits in random areas. No pattern to the colors or depth either. TOW got up to 79-80. Wind was out of the SW at about 15-20 MPH.
