i heard there's a pretty good grub bite on main points for smallmouth but not exactly sure what part of the lake they were fishing

Is the high water launch still open at Diamond City?

Launch is open. You can also launch from the road at the Corp ramp to the right of the campground, but parking is limited. The high water ramp is really steep, so be careful. Good fishing.

Just got back from a week of fishing Buck Creek and Five Finger area. Very slow during the day but fishing at night was very good. Caught most of the fish on finesse type baits with splitshots on main lake points after dark.
