I'm selling my 2004 Fleetwood Niagara Grand Touring Elite series pop up. This is a big boy on a 12 ft box, plus front trunk, dual tanks and battery compartment, almost 25 ft when open. King Beds, Dinette Slide out, EZ set up Kitchen, Shower, Never used cassette toilet, water heater, AC, Electric Start gas furnace, three way fridge, separate high pressure stove for outside, awning. Newer tires, well maintained. I should have some pics this weekend. Above avg condition, no rips or tears. Fleetwood has some type of fabric protector that prevents mold and mildew. Always smells fresh and clean as soon as you set it up. I've set it up myself multiple times and can be up in 20 minutes. They have definitely engineered these for easy set up.
