Capabilities of a Pelican Bass Raider 10E?

Fellas, the wife and I want to do a float/fish down Big River, perhaps from Mammoth to the Brown Ford access. Assuming the river isn't dangerously up, will a 10 foot Pelican be a good platform to enjoy the river from?

It's certainly doable. Not the most fun craft to paddle in riffles and a lot of work in the dead pools if you don't have a trolling motor for it, but it's a serviceable craft for floatfishing slower rivers like that section of Big River.
