Members BuschTrout22 Posted February 9, 2007 Members Posted February 9, 2007 <sigh> This one should be easy but I cant figure it out. Keep in mind I am major noob at this. Im trying to tie my leader to my fly line. Both ends have the circle on them. I riggin up my other spool, and my other spool is attached already. I cant figure out to bloody hell how it goes on... Help pls "Then in the Arctic half-light of the canyon, all existence fades to a being with my soul and memories and the sounds of the Big Blackfoot River and a four-count rhythm and the hope that a fish will rise." - Norman Maclean
10pointer Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 just slide the leaders loop over the fly line down a ways then take the end of the leader at the thin end and slide it through the fly line loop...then keep pullin down and it will make the loop to loop connection.
Danoinark Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 I think all you need to do is put a loop (perfection loop) in your leader and loop to loop to the flyline. Dano Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"
Members BuschTrout22 Posted February 10, 2007 Author Members Posted February 10, 2007 Bless me father for I am a moron... I couldnt figure that out for the life of me.. Not that this beer is helping much Thx pointer and dan... Browsed on the web a bit and found it its called a loop 2 loop knot Welded end loop on my fly line to my leader, so no perfection knot necessary... But thanks again ....
