Be down in the Morning

Leaving when the wife leaves for work about 7:00 from Springfield and trying to make it to the cable for some spinning rod action with the rapala's if the waters not to high to fish off bank. Going to go by Phil's on the way home to get a hat but have know Idea how to get there from the dam, any help?
