laker67 Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Judging from the location and the little scuff mark on the lip, I hooked up with your fish today but failed to land him. Found him and a 4lber laid up together. Caught and landed the four and returned to hook up and lose your fish. In that skinny water with all the tree limbs it is hard to keep close after you hook one. This is the first lunker that I have caught at bennett in quite some time. Temp was 74 when I left at 3:45. and when it got dark there appears to be a miller moth hatch . Hard to beat for december.

I'm sure he will get caught a few times during C&R season. Glad to hear he is still alive. Hopefully the people that catch him handle him with care. It's pretty challenging landing these fish in such tight quarters. laker67 1 instagram.com/fishingmill twitter.com/Fishingmill vimeo.com/fishingmill
