drew03cmc
I know there are trout in Shoal, but was wondering where a good location for chasing these wily critters would be. Any help is appreciated. Andy
Leonard
Drew.. I fish Shoal creek.. never caught a trout in it.. But its GREAT for smallies and crappie (I just wouldnt eat them!) Although just south of Shoal is Hickory creek in Neosho.. Great place for trout http://www.missouritrouthunter.com/HickoryCreekReport.htm Leonard http://www.taneycomonights.com
ollie
I definetly would wait for a good 'ol gully washer before I attempted Shoal or Hickory. They are a mess with trees down everywhere. Would be hard to cast around that's for sure. Good flood would help wash all that down. Members hawgslayer
fish right around where capps dumps into shoal. there should be some trout from that point on up the stream cuase the hill creek lodge trout also get washed into shoal. If fishins a sport, then I'm an athlete.
