I have a Phenix X-12, 7'6" crankbait rod I am willing to sell. This rod is as  brand new as your going to get without buying new, I took it to TR twice, I bought it in spring of 14, I believe this rod is better suited for throwing medium  to  deep diving crankbaits, This rod list for 199.99, I have the box it came in and will ship it also, If interested shoot me a price and see if we can negotiate a price. What did you buy this rod for and what don't you like about it?

I have a X-14 and love it for 6XD's and DD22's. 

Considering a X-12 for wiggle wart type baits as well as squarebills and lipless crankbaits.

From my experience the Phenix rods in general seem a little lighter than their rated action so my guess is that rod would be perfect for 3/8 to 1/2 oz crankbaits.
