Access is limited (unless you approach by boat) and the shoreline area is slim and with a lot of house which would limit your allowable methods (bow vs. shotgun)...Cow Creek (Cow Creek Hunting Map Link) is probably the biggest chunk of huntable corps land. Otherwise there is Pilot Knob CA, and the Cassville Sections of Mark Twain (look for GIS data for Barry and Stone County for Federal Land/USDA).

Don't overlook Bull Shoals South of Forsyth.....more rural, more available land for bow or shotgun hunting turkeys.

In the Spring, when I fish the flat just outside the Stubblefield Branch, I often hear the gobblers talking over toward the Jolmes Branch. I have no idea who owns the land, but I assure you the turkeys are there.

Never been to it....it's just the biggest marked public access area on the water for Table Rock.....more land, more opportunity, but possibly more people. I looked at the GIS data again for the area and there are some National Forest Parcels in Aunts Creek specifically one nice one with access through power-line easements or navigable water-way somewhere in the neighborhood of 150 acres *cough* hint *cough*.

https://stone.integritygis.com/ - if you find something good right click for the parcel info list. Doesn't like Chrome, only opens on IE for me btw.

I'll let you figure it out from there. Good Luck this season.

Keep in mind that a decent looking place, open to the public, especially in an area as busy as TR will likely have more than just you there.  Be careful, and hope you pull off a hat trick of a good mess of morels, a turkey and limit of crappie.  (But you can substitute a good day of bass fishing too).
