River Round tough today

Jigmaster82 and I ended up hitting riverround for a couple hours this morning.  Well, it was tough out today...water was moving quick, viability was abut 1.5ft and murkey...we ened up with 4 total in the 13" range...we tried everything just for those 4 fish...did I saw it was rough today

ran into about 4 boats fishing bluffs  and a conservation agent...said he put in at Pacific and was headed to redhorse..this is the first time I have ever been asked for license. ...turns out there are only two agents to cover the wholeFranklin county area
