Want to acquire

Hey all, I'm looking to acquire an Ambassadeur 2500C for my creek rod. Wear isn't an issue as long as it operates well. I would prefer to trade, but if the price is right a purchase would suffice. I have taken to the round reels on my larger tackle, using two 4600 size Royal Express for bass in lakes up here. Let me know please.

Thanks dprice, but these reels are 30 years or so old and not often for sale.

Yep. I have several but none are for sale. I don't use them anymore but they are worth more to me sitting on a shelf than anyone would ever be willing to spend on them.

I think they may be collectors item. Just sold a couple 4600 CS new reels for $150 each

I can generally find users for $100 or so...1500c is even rarer. I'll buy them rough and rebuild, but even those are $80...

4500, 5500 and the 1500 were the first baitcasters i ever owned and were bought new many years ago. i still have them and use them from time to time too. i use the 4500 and the 5500 for catfishing mostly.

Think  he has  a few for sale  if you are interested you  should check ?

I have a 2500 C I purchased in the 70's that hasn't seen the sunlight since 1980 or before, used only a couple of times since new. 761100 is stamped on the foot and there is hardly any rash. If interested, $ 100 plus shipping is the price. cfmoore03@gmail.com  I can send pics if interested.   CM
