Looks like the jig Brad Wright caught his big brown on. Different color though.

It is a 1/32 jig head, moss green marabou tail, olive #2 chennile and grizzly hackle. I have tied this for years. It works great for about any fish in the ozarks, I tie them 1/4 oz and 1/8th oz for smallmouth and largemouth and tie them in lots of different colors.

It's certainly my "go to" fly for sure. Of course, if I was spin fishing, I'd have to have a few of those jigs.

Must be somethin' 'bout that grizzly hackle...

<Here is the pic a few of you have asked for.>

Been tying that for years both as a jig and fly. Didn't know it had a name. I just combined materials and colors I knew to be effective and used them to make something that catches fish. Proving once again that there's little new under the flytying sun.;o)
