Outflow and lake level update.

For those that follow Pomme:  This week we will begin our drawdown from 841.0 target elevation back to 839.0 target elevation.  This year it will coincide with a MSHP & SPFD swift water training event.  The MSHP during the day and the SPFD for a couple hours or night ops on the river.  As a result we have started the stepped increases with the goal of being at 1500 CFS by 0700 this morning (Tuesday), and will run 1500 CFS through sometime Thursday Afternoon.  According to the Engineer types we should be right at the 839.0 elevation when it is completed.
