Put in at mutton at 6:30 pm and stayed next to channel on mainlake cranking. Had 4 shorts and nice one all on 5xd.

Changed over to night fishing and boy they were eating! Caught em on 10in black power worm, black/blue finesse and fb jig and single spin! They moved up around 10:15 and I caught over 30. Points, and swings from point 5 down to money island! Water temp 81.3-84.8 good clarity. Had a blast from 10:30-12:30, fished till 2:30. Seen one boat after dark. Ended up with 9 keeps, and big channel cat ate the single spin.

Hope the channel cat tastes good. Glad to hear of your success at night fishing. Don't understand why more people don't do it.

Most of the fish I caught were chunky. First time out since first week of June!

Was great to see heathy chunks. Fish hit all baits really hard and aggressive in 4-10 fow after dark.

I will be after them next around fullmoon!
