Good morning all!

Headed down from Springpatch to fish a small night tourney this evening. (tucker hollow)  I was wondering if there were any recommendations on a specific bait that may be working best.  We launch at 7P and I am planning on topwater until dark then go single spin and big worm with some salt craws and jigs mixed in, maybe even a little buzz bait here and there.

Thanks in advance for any advice you may have for me!

Before your topwater bite try shallow cranks 0-3' deep.

It seems that topwater bite is a short window, so fish a little deeper prior to dusk but in the sun.

Seems to work for us.

Thanks Rob..I almost tied on a square but went with a wart instead... I'll re-tie the ole' bandit rootbeer and roll with it.
