dwiebenga Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 I bought a few finess jigs for this year. What trailer does every one use? I know that Eakin's has it's own trailer. Is it worth while??
Members LWW Posted March 12, 2007 Members Posted March 12, 2007 The Eakin's trailers are good, but I like the Yum Craw Pappie and the Yum Double Tail Hula Grub the best. They're both covered in Yumm's scent and I can't see how that hurts. To me they make a bigger profile and look much more like a crawfish. Also, I've got some good bites with a Zoom Baby Brush Hog. Really, anything works. Whatever makes you happy. My fishing partner this weekend put a 5" Zoom finesse worm on his jig and stung (2) 3's to my (1) 4.5 lb'r. I thought it kinda looked like a bird, but hey it worked. LWW
Members carolina-rig-01 Posted March 12, 2007 Members Posted March 12, 2007 i really like the baby brush hog, in fact if i'm not using pork that is about all i will use. never used their trailer so i can't give an opinion on that but i know that their jigs are quality and i would expect the same from their trailers. If you can read this thank a teacher. And since it is english thank a soldier!
Bill P Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Zoom lil critter craws look almost identical. ....and cost alot less.
