 BINKS REPORT   8/31/16
           Had another good day on norfork. We caught several walleye 
and a few stripers before 9 am and than some white bass the rest of the 
morning.
                  Best bait 1 oz Arkansas shiner
                  Best method vertical
                  Best place   any creek that had off color water
                  Best time  6 am to 9 am
