Fishing report 9/1

Wife and I launched at Greer Spring access this morning. We basically fished from the bridge down to the first island. Had pretty good luck using weighted egg patterns and brown woolly buggers. We ended the day with 15 in the net and a nice one at a tad over 18".  Lost a couple of other good ones due to barbless releases just before the net. Just fun to hook them and enjoy the fight.

Water looked great and no one else fishing.

Nice report thanks. I'm planning on taking my first trip to the eleven point middle of october. I've booked Brian Sloss as a guide. Really looking forward to it. Hope we have as good as luck as you did.

Brian is definitely the expert on the 11 Point. I am sure you will have a great time.
