Fish24/7 Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 WT 76-79 Theodosia and Spring Creek Tried a few times last week from 5pm-dark. Started deep with the deep stuff in 30'+ had 1 bite. Moved shallower in 10-25, nadda. Picked up the broomsticks and went to the bank. Was surprised to find bass still using what's left of the flooded brush with the lake dropping like it is. I like a little brush in the water. Something besides rocks to throw at but if they keep dropping it that's going to disappear soon. ALL of the bass I caught were either half way back in a cove or out on the points going into it. After the third time out I had a good pattern and could run around hitting the "prime" targets. Most of the bass were shorts but there were a few solid keepers 18" up there willing to bite my bug. I do love catching them on short string but I'm wondering how long this will last.?
