Danoinark Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I didn't even know Wally World carried it until I was picking up something there the other evening. Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"
Terry Beeson Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 WalMart in Nixa has it... Just got a bottle a couple nights ago... But you have to be 18 to buy it... And the girl that checked me out didn't even card me!!!! I recommend the precision tip or brush on bottle. Anyone tried the gel type for tying? TIGHT LINES, YA'LL "There he stands, draped in more equipment than a telephone lineman, trying to outwit an organism with a brain no bigger than a breadcrumb, and getting licked in the process." - Paul O’Neil
Flysmallie Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I use the gel on all my foam flies. You can put a little bead of it on top of the thread and it won't soak into the thread or dry as fast.
Okieflyfisher53 Posted April 19, 2007 Posted April 19, 2007 I use the gel type for some applications. It is great for foam, as in Crease Flies or laminating sheet foam. I have found that the thin stuff works better for tying on dumbbell eyes for Clouser Minnows, etc. Steve
