Cold Front

Did anyone get out and fish the cold front? What was the water temp?

Stump, I was out Friday from 7 till about 10. Miserable with the cold stiff wind and strong gusts. Managed 1 14" spot on a Ned as I hid from the wind. WT around islands was 63-64. Saw no one else after 9am.

63/64 in Ventris today.

I went out last night from 5pm - 7:30pm.  Fished south and west side of Deer Island entire time.  Worked bottom, mid and top.  First time in a very, very long time that I got skunked.  Marked one fish on the bottom in 2.5 hours.  Windchill seems to get progressively colder as the fish don't cooperate!  Did enjoy watching a group of 5 hunters help each other drag 3 deer off the island though.  Water temp was 60/61.

Went Sunday afternoon. Scouted from RB to 12. Found bait/stripers between the islands. Caught 4 and missed a couple more. @ 30 ft. Water 63. Tight Lines.
