Humbling day

Just got back Friday 3rd from skiing.  I was really excited to get back home.  I do love the ozarks!!  Back fishing though lol... I headed out of PC,which I usually do when I don't know where fish r, and continued to graph south.  But like the title states, it was a humbling day.  I literally graphed all my hot spots all the way to point 12, and most of them again on the way back too.   I even tried new place on the way back with nothing to show.  I fished from 8-90 feet of water and 50 degree to 47 water. Warmest water was at point 12, coldest was at PC.  Never did see any bait either, expect in the backs of creeks ( which i graphed also for fish).  First day back and I got my butt kicked!! That's what happens when u don't fish beaver in over a month I guess.  Any ways, good luck out there guys and stay safe.  Hope yall fair  better than I.

That's my issue.  My work schedule often calls me away from home and off the fishing grounds for a week or two.  I find um...then I loose em...then start all over!  Tough out there today.  Cold wind blowing the tops off the whitecaps. Looks like better days ahead.

Ya it was super windy today in town. I can't imagine how windy it was on the lake.  I stayed off just cuz of it.  Plus the sudden air temp drop
