Hundreds of Gulls around HW12 bridge

This afternoon I spotted a very large flock Gulls feeding on bait around the HW12 bridge area. Have never seen a group of birds this large in one area, they were from the landing all the way i could see towards PC. Cant wait for this weekend

That's good to know!! I'm heading out tomorrow morning for a few hours.  Hope they're feed on shad again.

They looked a lot smaller than snow geese but could have been. Anyways, lots of white birds eating fish

Lol.  Snow geeses don't dive bomb the water for shad.   They eats the grasses. Like u said geese r huge too.

Ethe gulls arrived a couple of weeks ago. "Nature's fish finders" ?

I followed those birds today, about a 100 of them on one spot. They were just riding the wind out and chasing white caps. Lazy birds, useless in 15mph wind.
