Members SmallMouth Fanatic Posted February 9, 2017 Members Posted February 9, 2017 Hey guys! I grew up in Mountian Home fishing Norfork and Bull (and crooked creek of course!) but am now in the NWA area. I recently acquired an old Ranger bass boat and I am looking forward to getting to know Beaver and a few of the smaller lakes around here. If anyone has any tips for Beaver I would certainly appreciate it. I think I'm going to head out there this weekend. It is suppose to be in the mid-70's, but quite windy. I just found ozarkanglers and am looking forward to learning from you guys! -SMF
Quillback Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Welcome to the forum! I am no Beaver expert, but if you're after smallies on that lake there tend to be more up by the dam end of the lake. Not that you can't catch them anywhere on that lake, but dam end tends to hold the most.
