Hey everyone I'm new to the site and also fairly new to the area. I'm not asking for people to give out their honey holes but can anyone give me any advice on productive areas of the lake? I mainly Bass and crappie fish, I started Fishing in maze creek and got fairly comfortable there but it's never really produced a really good day. I am taking a couple young kids out next weekend and I really want them to get a chance to catch em, I'd really appreciate any advice.

Find bush piles up the river Big sac, Little sac or Suns creek in about 18 to 25ft. and fish down rod with jigs should get you fish, maybe not keepers but great for the kids.  Look for water with a little color. I have been getting lots of small fish and a few keepers. Good luck and hope the kids have a good time
