Guest Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 This is a pretty good read. http://www.scout.com/outdoors/wired2fish/story/1763229-what-4-birds-can-tell-you-about-bass-fishing
Ketchup Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 The pros talk a lot about this. I see them feeding, but haven't done more than just watch. Like the article says, I need to fire up the motor and go fish around the birds. TinBoats BassClub. An aluminum only bass club. If interested in info send me a PM.

I saw a greeb that was diving & coming up yesteday. He was offshore about 100 yards. Feeding on bait fish I'm sure. I should've taken the clue but kept throwing a crankbait,
Chief Grey Bear Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 When the gulls started diving in to shad, we would go to that spot and fish. In a few minutes the shad would be gone and so with the bite. In a few minutes later we would see them diving in another spot. Motor over and resume. We would leap frog like that all day long.
