Crappie last weekend

I was down with a buddy and his son for the weekend.  We didn't get out until around 9:30 Saturday.  I wanted to start fishing for bass and had a 2.5 on my second cast with a jerkbait.  My friends were not that interested in bass fishing so we ended that quest pretty quick and went after crappie.  We started in Linn Creek and hit main lake docks, but would only get 1-3 per dock.  Nothing in the pockets.  Ended up with about 15 keepers.  Sunday was much of the same except we did catch a couple out in the open, not around a dock.  Ended up with 15 keepers by noon.  Sunday was a better day and wished I could have stayed longer.  It was harder to hold the boat in the correct position with the wind.  Most of the docks were in 25' of water, all fish caught on jigs.
