I lost track if this post but I am pretty happy we got all the rain. Creek will fish greAT now! May even coax out a lanker down there. They get much less finicky when the water is brownish.

Was there on Saturday for the first time ever. Clear evidence of flooding. Water was up, current was strong. Not much luck but will try again later when conditions are better.

That's some brown water. You would really have to work for them in those conditions. I can think of a few places you may enable to find them but man that is brown

The current was also moving faster than that photo indicates. We'd fished Blue Springs Creek a few weeks ago and I'd figured this was going to be similar but not so much after all the rain. Regardless of the day's fishing, it sure was a pretty creek. Made our way then down to Roaring River and camped and did a little fishing. Beautiful part of Missouri.

The prettiest little creek Ive seen! There are some spots down through it that make you feel like you are out west. When waters recede in going down to have a go. My favorite place...
