Mill Creek Ramp

Does anyone know if you can launch at Mill Creek or not?

I launched there Sunday noon with water at 932.   Should be able to now if it's open.  Not very many places to park.  Courtesy dock was 6 inches under water probably 2.5' now so watch out for that. Good luck stay safe.
