Dutch Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 I decided to put in at Hartley. The DNR has the courtesy dock pulled out and you have to use the alternate one. I'm glad s-I-l was there as the truck had to be backed wayyy into the water to float the boat. Would have been wet feet and pants with only one person. We fished around the area and over in Hawker. We never got anything around the brush so I left and headed toward the dam. Still did not get any takers so I opened up the locker and pulled some Ned setups out, pulled out to deeper water and spent the rest of my time casting and drifting the Ned. We caught a variety of fish. S-I-l caught 5 varieties in his first 5 fish. We wound up catching 23 bass with the best one being a spot that was close to 16". That is one of the biggest spots I have ever caught on Stockton. The fish were in 15-20 fow with most being around 20. I'm kind of surprised that they have been so close to 20' for over 2 weeks. ewlech 1
bassfisher Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 All the fish are scattered right now because due to the high water levels the rain and water temperature fluctuating
bassfisher Posted May 27, 2017 Posted May 27, 2017 my suggestion would be to hit all the main Lake points
