Members joefish Posted July 11, 2017 Members Posted July 11, 2017 Just wondered if anyone had floated this section since the flood? Probing the depths, driving lunkers from their homes!

Cane bluff access is still closed from the flood. You will have to float on to Greer. Reports I have seen on other sites say there are some portages due to downed trees.
Brian Sloss Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Both those access points are still closed since the floods due to damage. Probably wont get funding to repair them until the new year. Thomasville area still has tangles of trees everywhere in the river. Check with the forest service at 573-996-2153 and tell them you want to get in there some time, the more people they hear from, the quicker they will move NYMPH~o---, awhuber and grizwilson 3 www.elevenpointflyfishing.com www.elevenpointcottages.com (417)270-2497
