Anyone been bass fishing lately?

Anyone fished for bass since the last report?  My son and I were going to give it a shot Saturday morning

Just saw this and I'll give you what little I know.  I fish this lake one a month since April.  I'm in a small derby on the lake.  This lake sure makes me humble that's for sure.  So on Sunday 7-16 we launched at 6 and ran into South Fork.  We started on points throwing, jigs, buzzbaits, cranks and worms.  We started hot catching several fish and four keepers before 9am.  We bounced and bounced the rest of the day without any real bites to show for it.  We weighed four fish for just under 10 pounds.  I was the fifth team to weigh out of 35 boats.  I saw a 20 pound sack and a 19 in front of me.  Big bass was 6.5.  The guys with knowledge of the lake always fish well but that is with every lake.  I just don't have the time to put in to scouting it like I should.  Good Luck

I bass fished Muddy Twain lake yesterday got to the Allen ramp around 5:30am first boat to the ramp kinda surprised started fishing pigeon roost creek I was throwing a buzzbait the guy I was fishing with was throwing a small plopper the fishing started out slow then picked up as it got light. Got 2 keepers on top water when the sun got up went to plastics tight to the banks around secondary points caught a bunch of small fish with some keepers mixed in. When the sun got high had to start fishing off the bank about 4-6'. Caught around 8-10 keepers biggest around 3lbs most were 2lbs. Fished til 2pm got back to the ramp the main lot was full and the overflow lot was getting there. This was my best day bass fishing Twain. I was expecting it to be my yearly lesson to not fish this lake I guess I'll have to try again. The mid lake area was pretty muddy water temps in the 80s
