drew03cmc Posted August 20, 2017 Posted August 20, 2017 I have come into a Curado 70XG and was wondering if anyone else here has one and what line they use on their 70 for river fish.i am wondering if 20/6 PP or Smackdown with a Hybrid 8# leader would be something I'd lean towards... Andy
Dutch Posted August 20, 2017 Posted August 20, 2017 I have 2 of them. One for shaky with 12# fluorocarbon and the other for Ned with 6# fluorocarbon. I have tried braid on bc reels but don't much care for it except on my A rig setups. drew03cmc 1
drew03cmc Posted August 21, 2017 Author Posted August 21, 2017 Thanks Dutch. I have new 600 spools of YZH in 6, 8 and 10lb clear. I'm contemplating getting away from braid on my bc gear and I've used Hybrid before and loved it. Andy
Dutch Posted August 21, 2017 Posted August 21, 2017 I use a lot of braid on spinning reels as they don't seem to like fluorocarbon over about 8#.
