Im coming to Stockton the last weekend in March. Curious best places to go to catch some walleye and best set up for them. Thanks.

At this point I would think a jig and minnow on a rocky point.  Or a jerk bait on those same points worked slow last hour of daylight on into dark.  Could try a jig and crawler up the spawning creeks out on ledges and drop offs leading to shallow secondary points.
