Terry Beeson Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I have problems planning the next HOUR... But if I'm in the vacinity then, I'm game for the fall. jcoberley Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I was thinking maybe next 2 or 3 weeks. I would like to try bushwacker lake someone said had a lot of red ears. I might have to go by my self. I hope there is no man eater squids there. They could have migrated there by conecting streams. LOL Fish slow and easy! Borrowed this one from..........Well you know who! Fishmeister Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Bushwacker has some nice redear in it. Its only about 20 miles from me. The boat ramp is concrete, you can launch any size boat from it. Primitive campground, though I have never camped there. Probably one of two best public places around here to catch nice gills.

jcoberley Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Caught 14 nice keeper gills last night at longview lake. I didnt have a bite on worms but did real good on small white powerbait. I dont know how many I caught but I did get enough big ones to have a small fry for us tonight. Fish slow and easy! Borrowed this one from..........Well you know who! gonefishin Posted June 27, 2007 Author Posted June 27, 2007 Man I am jealous. I haven't been fishing in a couple of weeks now and am starting to get a case of the chilly-blanes. I would rather be fishin'. "Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote." Benjamin Franklin, 1759
