I'm kind of picky about cooking something that has been dead for who knows how long or why, but just out of curiosity, why do you say that? I would rather be fishin'. Wayne SW/MO Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I've been told and read, that crawdads and crabs start to decay immediately and that they can make you sick just that quick because of the low cooking temperatures. I've never tested it however. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
