Members jrbhc8 Posted June 11, 2007 Members Posted June 11, 2007 Those fish do look small in the pics, but believe me, they were all quality trout. Especially the monster rainbow Jared caught. Right before he hooked it he was talking about finding a monster, and literally a second later he found one!! It was meant to be. Hopefully we can go again soon, and I'll have to take a photography class in the meantime. jrbhc8 www.troutchapters.com jrbhc8 ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~ | <°)))>< | <°)))>< | | ¿ >°)))><
duckydoty Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Did you try one of them BIG flies? duckydoty A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners
Center Punch Posted June 11, 2007 Author Posted June 11, 2007 i did try one of those big flies. it works pretty good there too. caught a couple smaller ones and lost a nice 6-7 lb rainbow on it. had a ton of fish come up and short hit it but couldnt set. on a side note: the big brown was swimming with about a 12 inch rainbow in the side of his mouth. then, for whatever reason, he dropped it and i caught him 5 minutes later www.troutchapters.com >>>---------->(x) Jared
